Cranial Electro Stimulation
Cranial Electro Stimulation (CES) - also known as cranial electrotherapy -
stimulates the brain and nervous system with repeating electrical impulses
applied at the earlobes.
Developed by soviet scientists in the late 1940's, Cranial Electro Stimulation
may benefit:
- insomnia
- chronic pain
- anxiety and depression
- addiction
Though little independent research has been carried out in the west, reports
suggest CES increases serotonin, endorphins and other brain chemicals. My
experience of testing CES using objective
assessment tools confirms it does
effect changes in at least some brains.
